Wish I had the strings but thank you for the great customer service.

I wrote the previous review in frustration and wanted to delete especially after my phone chat with the kind gentleman/founder. Instead I posted this follow-up to end this on a high note. Mesh Dynasty got back to me promptly after I left a voicemail message and refunded me. We were equally frustrated with the USPS. I really appreciated that he took the time out of his busy day to get back to me and try to make things right even though it was the USPS' fault. You can see why Mesh Dynasty has been successful over many years with their customer centricity. Thank you.

Still have not receive my my strings

I am now approaching 1.5 weeks. No strings. They opted to use incompetent USPS and my strings are sitting in limbo between two distribution centers in Brookly and Queens. Angry!
